Apartments
The apartment house provides 10 apartments in total: 9 two-room apartments and 1 one-room apartment. All of them are equipped with satellite TV, WLAN access, telephone, safe, bathroom, air-condition and separate heating.
Each apartment additionally provides the respective bedclothes, (bath) towels and dishtowels. Bath towels, bedclothes and dishtowels will be replaced once a week.
The spacious one-room apartment (32 m²) is in the ground floor and provides:
- - a living room with sofa bed;
- - a kitchenette with 4 cooktops, sink, oven, fridge and the dishes and kitchenware required;
- - a bathroom with shower;
- - a bedroom with twin bed.
A second accessible/disabled-friendly two-room apartment in the ground floor ensures a comfortable and most convenient stay.
The two-room apartments of different sizes (31 - 37 m²) provide:
- - living room with sofa bed;
- - kitchenette with 4 cooktops, sink, oven, fridge and the dishes and kitchenware required;
- - bathroom with shower;
- - bedroom with twin bed.
The ground floor accommodates four more two-room apartments, each of which with three steps in front of the entrance door. The other two-room apartments are in the first floor and provide a balcony with a view onto the sea.
